@3 & 4, not going to bother as most people on my flist have done it. If you haven't then go right ahead.

1) When working with charcoal, paints, or ink I'm always just a little more messy than I need to be because no matter what comes out of the piece I always feel a bit more like a 'real artist' when my hands/forearms are filthy and various parts of my face and body are smeared with marks.

2) When I was a little kid I wanted to live in the ocean. I learned to swim fast and spent a lot of time in the pool or ocean wishing I could breathe underwater. Even though I realized it would never happen long ago, I still feel really at home when in water.

3) I love climbing and being up really high. Since I have a good sense of balance and absolutely no fear of heights this sometimes pushes me to do things that makes those who know me worry a little.

4) For nearly half my life I took gymnastics.

5) I own 28 gargoyle statues of various sizes, most small enough to hang out on desktop areas. One day I hope to own a really big one and have it hang out by my front door and, hopefully, ward off the evils of door-to-door flyer hangers and overly religious folk.

6) I have this irrational hatred for the Venus de Milo.

7) When I play chess I always play black since I like to see how my opponent opens before making a move.

8) While I knew I was gay all through high school I dated a guy for about a month in my freshman year as an attempt to get rid of some of the male attention I was getting without coming out and to satisfy my parents. I kind of feel it was a horrible thing to do, especially since I chose him because he liked me so much he'd accept any level of attention without complaint(the most that occurred was hand holding) and was rather harmless. I probably wouldn't have included it on this list if I hadn't heard yesterday that he got married a few weeks back in an arranged marriage.

3) Yikes, I'm sure that would set lots of people off heights for a bit.

5) Heh, perhaps.

6) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Venus_de_Milo I think I just don't like it because it's hardly the best piece to come out of that period yet it's the most famous due to the lie that was made up about when it was made.

8) Yeah, I was surprised when I found it. An arranged marriage just seems so weird I guess. Though, idk. I mostly just hung out with him and let him buy me things(which made me feel weird). I think the only thing I really got out of it was learning about this great drink place.

6) I can understand your distaste for the piece. The no arms bit always annoyed me as I'm such a completest that I hate looking at broken sculpture! XD

8)It is a bit strange and makes me quite curious about how such procedures really go about and how the couple in such an arrangement get along after all is said and done. I would NOT want to just be pushed into a loveless marriage just for bringing two families together!

As for the relationship, men are great for buying you stuff! LOL! XD Great drink place? Do tell!
