This is especially poignant after learning about Cambodia's history. I can't imagine what it's like to stand somewhere like that, where such horrible things happened to so many innocent, undeserving people. I'm glad you shared this with us, as disturbing and horrible as it is.

I really do love the pictures of Wat Phnom though, especially since we were just studying Angkor Wat and other art and architecture from that period. Did you get to go there on this trip?
