I love the gesture! And the tail coming out at you is very cool! Great feel of volume on to! :P That being said, as for the arm, I would lengthen it and beef up the forearm a bit. As for the face, I don't think it looks bad at all, maybe make the pupils a little wider? Looks awesome to me :)
