Okay so I seriously got a shitload of comics this week so in continuation...
The Four Horsemen #1: Was good though I'm seriously going to have to read it again to fully let it sink in.
Grimm Fairy Tales Return to Wonderland #2: YES! As fucked up as the first one and so much more. Truly sticking to showing why it's 'grimm' fairy tales. The artwork was pretty good and I loved how when she grows really big and slams her head into the ceiling there's blood. It's wickedly fantasmic.
Hack/Slash #4: VLAD HAD THE SEX!!!! lmao. The first page alone told me I was going to enjoy it. "How can he not know if he's had sex?!" "Quiet, Chris. It was his first time for christ's sake. Now, Vlad, did you put your penis in her vagina?" "Urrr... vah-ginuh?" roflmao. Love the series and can't wait for more. I hope they bring back Georgia in the future, she was a pretty decent character.
The Complete Bite Club1st half pg. 7-143: OMG. I'm in love. Sure the family is fucked up and by the end... well I'd feel bad ruining this. Risa is fucking awesome. Leto reminds you to be wary of priests. Danny was a damn fool. I don't know how I feel about Cassie, she seems fishy in my book though whatever. Back to Risa though I almost want to include her in my project on women in comics with her confidence and self driven power but then I realise I'd most likely loose most the class the moment I mentioned her perverse relationship with her brother and, by her suggestion, her late father. ^.^
With that said I still have to read Batman Confidential #8, Vampirella Quarterly, The Mice Templar, Tank Girl: The Gifting #3, and the rest of The Complete Bite Club.
