So I came downstairs today to find Moon-kitty in the living room lying ontop of the rabbit and attempting to get a grip on his neck with her teeth. Oh course I pulled them apart and made sure the rabbit was alright though I then bitched out the idiots who decided it was a good idea to let the rabbit run loose but not watch for the cat. 1) For not watching and 2) For telling me to punish the cat and yelling at her over it. Punishing instinct is stupid. Yes, if she'd managed to harm/kill the rabbit it would have really sucked but she's a cat. Stop humanizing her and pretending that what she was doing is 'wrong'. *fumes*

See, this is why I loved my Flemish giant... no cat messed with her. ha ha

Yeah, I can't see why people punish something for doing what it does. It's the same reason they go after that string- which is hilarious, natural instincts!

I'm glad both parties are fine. :)
