Greg W. apoligized about the mess up with the comic and posted the fixed pages here: http://gargoyles.dracandros.com/Reunion. He also said that it will be reprinted with the corrections and be made avalible for exchanges.

Though I admit I was a tad angry and cursing when I first noticed the mess up I calmed down long before posting my review to the point that as long as it was fixed eventually I'd be okay. Yes, I still am dissapointed in SLG and the editors yet I can only hope that this mess up doesn't effect the future sales for the Gargoyles comics as I would gladly settle for the messed up one than have the Gargoyles series stop due to sales dropping.

At Trilogy the other day there was this father with his rather young daughter. He was looking through the comics while trying to keep her out of trouble, and my, I don't say this often as most kids are brats in my eyes, but she was adorable. I mean she gawked at the figures behind the case asking who they were and at one point she grabbed the new issue of Wonder Woman off the wall.

Father: You can't handle magazines like that!

Daughter: Oh.

Father: *takes the Wondy from her* Now you have to put this back but you can hold mine.

Daughter: But I like that one. *looks at his* I don't like these.

Father: Come on you can help me look for one. Can you help me find the Star Wars one I'm looking for?

Awww... She liked Wondy. If I thought she was old enough for it to keep her attention I would have bought it for her myself. Reading this issue it's got some good Wondy moments. Little disappointed in the father who didn't seem too keen on encouraging her by maybe handing off something lighter to her, oh well. Not my place. Does remind me of how I can't wait to see what Tiny Titans will be like and if it'll really be a good push for younger kids and comics (one thing I like from the previews is how they're including more than the mainstreams, i.e. non-comic fans, characters).

Another little kid idolizing a comic book character occurred the other day as well. I was in Target and spied this little kid urging his parental to get him a Batman beanie. So I wasn't too surprised when later sitting in the little food court type thingie they having munching some popcorn his, I think, father came over and asked where I got my Batman lunchbox. I admit it's a pretty spiffy box and I do love it, thus why I use it as a purse... though I call it my BatBox. I told him Five Below, my sister explained where it is, and it was left at that.
