Slowpoking here but I'd occasionally wondered before if there was an Oracle figure yet never really checked. Well, sometime last night, I stumbled on my answer.

It's the Birds of Prey Deluxe Set from DC Direct via 2003. Found a pretty good rundown on them. I'd love to see(yet possibly be wary of) a newer version but with the series canceled and DC being screwy with the characters involved, I doubt it would happen.

Weird timing, lol. It's a pretty decent set, so fairly sure I'm getting it.

Though speaking of Black Canary ones, I'm debating adding this one (http://www.joeacevedo.com/images/figurezone/dcdfigures/dcdjli1_blackcanary.jpg) to my collection. It amuses me so.

While the lulz it provides are great, I refuse to believe it was designed by someone with two working eyes in their head. It's ghastly.

I SAW THAT IN A STORE! About two years ago, when I was just getting into comics, it was in a comic shop that's since moved (to god knows where), and I was very surprised and impressed.
